Program Outline

• The Maintenance Plan is intended for vehicles in upkeep condition. If a vehicle exceeds maintenance-level needs (e.g., heavy soiling, pet hair, stains), an Executive or Express Detail will be required before continuing.
• You’ll have a consistent service day; arrival times are within a 2-hour window
• Upcharges may apply for large messes or unexpected labor needs (e.g., pet hair, trash, excessive dirt)
• Each subscription is assigned to one vehicle
• No-knock policy available where keys are left out and ready (garage code or designated key spot preferred)
• Missed appointments are not prorated — if possible your visit will automatically be rescheduled for the following week, same day and time. Monthly billing will remain uninterrupted.
